With its shape and size of the platform is lends itself to more of a multipurpose use as it is very similar to that of a step bench with a detachable support unit. It has a single preset vibration frequency of 35 Hz with a high or low intensity option. The timer allows for a 60 sec intervals or a continuous running of the machine. The unit is supported by 4 rubber feet that also act as stabilizers. The touch button control unit is detachable and can be used as a remote control for the base unit. Communication is via Blue tooth. It comes with two detachable upper body straps, a free workout routine DVD, an exercise poster.
